Hospitality Connect is funded by Savoy Educational Trust and we regularly report to the trustees on progression in the UK.

​We demonstrate impact of the project by the following methods:

• Case studies from schools, colleges and hotels who are part of the project

• Annual surveys with our stakeholders

• Enrolment figures into catering and hospitality, travel and business pathways to FE colleges that are working with us regionally

• Monitoring numbers of high school students that choose to study food courses during options years
