Measuring Impact
Hospitality Connect has been funded by the Savoy Educational Trust since 2023 and we regularly report to the trustees on progression in the UK. In 2026 the project received further funding from IHG and also sponsorship from Leonardo Hotels and the Worshipful Company of Innholders.
We demonstrate impact of the project by the following methods:

Annual surveys with our stakeholders

Enrolment figures into catering and hospitality, travel and business pathways to FE colleges that are working with us regionally

Monitoring numbers of high school students that choose to study food courses during options years
